Our coffee is grown in the highlands of Chiapas, and in the Mixtec area of the southern highlands of Oaxaca. Currently, varieties such as: Mixture of typical Arabica, Arabica bourbon, and caracolillo are handled. It stands out for its floral aroma, full-bodied on the palate, bright sweet citric acidity with notes of cocoa and caramel.
